Using GrowwID

GrowwID lets you create a digital business card, share it with a link or a QR code, and see how it is being opened. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You need to be able to enter into a contract in your country to use the service. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a password. Keep both secure, and keep access to that mailbox secure too, because anybody who can read your email can reset your password and reach your account. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

Your card URL

You choose the URL for your card when you create it, and it cannot be changed afterwards. Pick it carefully, because any QR code you print will point at it permanently.

Some words are reserved for the site itself and cannot be used. We may also reclaim a URL that impersonates somebody else, infringes a trademark, or was registered in bad faith.

What you put on your card

What appears on your card is yours, and you remain responsible for it. You keep ownership of it; you give us permission to host and display it so the service can work.

• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use a card for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
• Do not upload malware, or use the service to attack or overload it.

Contact details other people leave you

When a visitor chooses to leave their details on your card, those details are given to you for the purpose they left them for. You are responsible for how you use them, including following any marketing and data protection rules that apply where you and they are.

Do not add people to marketing lists they did not ask to be on.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free and does not require card details. Paid plans are bought directly on the pricing page and charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay; the price shown includes GST. You can pay monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time. Larger team arrangements are still handled with us directly, and the terms of that arrangement are what apply to it.

Features listed as planned or on the roadmap are not part of what you are buying. Only what is available at the time counts.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features. Where something is important to you, keep your own copy of it.

Ending your use

You can stop using GrowwID at any time and ask us to delete your account and your card. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
