Students

Your résumé is a PDF. Your contact details do not have to be.

Placement season, campus fairs and hackathons all end the same way: someone says "send me your details" and neither of you writes anything down.

The problem, specifically

Sound familiar?

  • You meet fifteen recruiters in one afternoon and remember four.

  • Your résumé is a PDF you can only send once you are back at a laptop.

  • Everyone at the fair has the same printed sheet, and yours is at the bottom of the pile.

What we would actually set up

The exact configuration, if this were us.

This is the setup we would build if it were our placement season. All of it is on the free plan.

Brochure
Your résumé, as a PDF
  • Attaching your résumé as the brochure is the single most useful thing here — the recruiter downloads it from your card instead of asking you to email it.
  • Use your real name in the URL, not a nickname. It is permanent, and it goes on a résumé.
  • Add Calendly only if you actually keep it up to date. A dead booking link is worse than no link.

Why it helps

What you get out of it.

They keep your details, not a piece of paper

The QR code carries your name, number and email inside the code itself, so a recruiter can save you as a contact even in a hall with no signal.

Your résumé travels with it

Attach a PDF and it downloads straight from your card. One link replaces "can you email that to me?"

You find out who looked

Not names — totals. But knowing your card was opened eleven times after a fair tells you the afternoon worked.

Where to put the code

Places it actually earns its keep.

  • In your LinkedIn banner image
  • In the header of your résumé PDF
  • On your laptop lid at a hackathon
  • As your phone lock screen, so you can show it without unlocking

Which plan

We would put you on Free.

Free

One card is all you need, and nothing here costs anything. We are not going to invent a reason for a student to pay us.
