Real estate & field sales

Your card should work where the signal does not.

Basements, unsold floors, new-build sites and steel-framed buildings all have the same problem, and most digital cards fail it.

The problem, specifically

Sound familiar?

  • You hand over a card in a basement flat with one bar of signal and nothing loads.

  • The hoarding outside the site has a number nobody types in.

  • You do six viewings a day and remember which three went well.

What we would actually set up

The exact configuration, if this were us.

The offline code is the whole point here. Everything else is secondary.

Brochure
The project or listing PDF
  • Download the code at 1024 pixels — it needs to survive being printed at hoarding size.
  • Test it in the worst signal you work in. The offline code hands over your details even when the full card page will not load.
  • Attach the project PDF as the brochure so a viewing ends with them holding the floor plan.

Why it helps

What you get out of it.

The code carries your details, not just a link

Your name, number, email, company and address are encoded inside the QR itself. A phone reads it and offers to save the contact with no connection at all.

Print it as large as you need

A 1024-pixel PNG is enough for a site board, a hoarding or a car window, and there are four code designs to pick from.

QR scans counted separately

On this job the QR-versus-link split matters more than which country your traffic came from — it tells you whether the board outside is doing anything.

Where to put the code

Places it actually earns its keep.

  • On the site hoarding and the sales-office window
  • On the back of the printed listing sheet
  • On the rear window of the car
  • On the floor plan you hand over at a viewing

Which plan

We would put you on Pro.

Pro

Unlimited cards means one per project or development, each with its own code and its own numbers, rather than one card doing all the work.
