Sales teams

Every card handed out, every lead captured, in one export.

Give the team one approved design, then find out which of them is actually using it.

The problem, specifically

Sound familiar?

  • Every rep has a slightly different card, and one of them still has a Gmail address on it.

  • Leads collected at an event live in a notebook until someone types them up.

  • You bought cards for forty people and have no idea how many ever used them.

What we would actually set up

The exact configuration, if this were us.

Set the company parts once, leave the personal parts to each rep, and let the funnel tell you who has actually set theirs up.

  • Lock the company name, logo and domain so nobody has to get them right. Leave names, photos and job titles free.
  • Invite by email address, or paste a spreadsheet — the import dry-runs first and shows you which rows would fail.
  • Watch the adoption funnel, not the seat count. Seats filled is not the same as cards actually live.

Why it helps

What you get out of it.

One design, enforced on save

Nineteen fields can be locked to a company value, prefilled, left free or hidden. Locked means locked — a rep who tries to change one gets told it is set by the company.

Leads land somewhere you can see them

Someone taps "save my contact", the rep gets a notification, and the details appear in a shared export for the whole workspace.

You find out who never set theirs up

Seats filled, cards created, cards complete, cards live, cards opened in the last thirty days. Buying cards for forty people is easy; finding the twelve who never finished is the hard part.

Where to put the code

Places it actually earns its keep.

  • On the back of the paper card you already print
  • On the exhibition stand, at standing height
  • In every rep email signature
  • On the lanyard insert at a conference

One thing to know first

There is no CRM integration. Contacts export as a CSV and you import them into Salesforce or HubSpot yourself. We would rather say that now than have you find out in month two.

Which plan

We would put you on Teams.

Teams

Locked fields, invites, bulk import and the shared contact export only exist on Teams. Five seats are included.
